Shipping Policy
We try to keep our customers not having to worry about uncertainty in shipping cost by keeping it low and flat.
Currently, we are offering FREE Shipping (Standard S&H) for US destination delivery only. For International delivery, a low flat Standard S&H fee of no more than $5 is usually charged depending on delivery desitnation unless the order meets certain promotional condition (such as a coupon) or total order value exceeds certain amount ($100 currently).
If you are in a hurry to get this item, Priority S& H (Express Processing) is also available with an extra fee.
Processing Time
We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are doing our best to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible!
In general, it takes 1-3 business days to process your order and get it dispatched. We will keep you updated with follow-up emails to ensure timely delivery of your order.
Delivery Period & Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is outbound for delivery. Usually it takes about 6-14 days for your order to arrive depending on your delivery destination. However, due to the Pandemic situation and holiday season, occasionally delay (1-2 weeks) may occur due to unexpected logistic jam.
Delivery Guarantee
We value your business and it is to our best interest as well to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Very occasionally your order may take a little longer than expected to deliver due to unforeseeable logistic hold-up, but it is 100% secure with us and delivery is guaranteed once we confirm shipment of your order. Or we will fully refund you!
